Currently known issues

This section provides information on current portal wide / access issues.

❗ Due to a recent security update, some of the content of this website does not display in version 84 of Google Chrome or higher. We're working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. In the meantime, our website is fully accessible with other browsers.

Upcoming Update to the login system for accessing ESA's SWE Network products via the SWE Portal website and the API (using HAPI)

We are preparing to introduce a new login system for both the website and the API access to the ESA SWE Portal products and data. This update is focused on improving security, consistency, and ease of use across all access points.

What’s Changing

• A new sign-in system will be implemented.
• User Account passwords will need to be reset.
• Usernames will be replaced by emails.

Rollout

These changes will be rolled out in the Spring of 2026. We will inform you of the specific timelines and any required steps as we get closer to its launch. No action is needed at this time.
