SWE Service Helpdesk

The SWE Service helpdesk is located at the SSCC in Brussels and can be contacted either by email, phone or the web form below. In order to comply with privacy data the webform is only accessible to registered users. The helpdesk provides a wide range of support from technical to product advice or help interpreting space weather data. If you have a question then please get in touch!

Please be advised that from 27 October 2025 until 31 October 2025 our helpdesk operators will be attending European Space Weather Week 2025 and will be available to answer user questions in person. Please note that our on-line support may therefore have temporary interruptions.
