With the ongoing uncertainties around the current COVID-19 pandemic,
and now with concerns regarding second and third peaks in some countries,
the European Space Weather Week (ESWW) Programme Committee (PC) in conjunction
with the Local Organising Committee (LOC) core team have taken
the decision to postpone the 17th European Space Weather Week (ESWW17/ESWW2020) to 1st - 5th November 2021.
Therefore, the 17th European Space Weather Week will now be known as ESWW2021.
The PC and LOC look forward to welcoming attendees to Glasgow in November 2021.
In addition, the PC are looking at the possibility of holding a European Space Weather
online meeting - separate from the ESWW series - in November 2020.
Further announcements regarding this and the International Space Weather and
Space Climate Medals shall be made in due course.
